• "Content" refers to any data, information, or materials uploaded, generated, or stored on our platform, including but not limited to product images, product catalog information, and generated images.

Our platform is available to Users who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Creation and Security

To use our platform, you must create an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

5. Subscription and Billing

Our platform offers a subscription-based service. You can choose from different subscription plans, and your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. We use Stripe as our payment processor, and you agree to their terms and conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information and for paying all applicable fees and charges.

6. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all Content uploaded, generated, or stored on our platform. You agree that your Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party and does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You also agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any prohibited or unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to:

• Uploading or storing any Content that is obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Using our platform to harass or spam others
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to our platform or any User Account
• Using our platform to engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform and all its components, including but not limited to the software, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of DecorX. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or display any part of our platform without our prior written consent. You also agree that any Content generated by our platform, including but not limited to generated images, is the exclusive property of DecorX.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with various third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Railway, PostHog, Crisp, Google Workspace, Cal.com, GitBook, OpenAI, and cloud storage and infrastructure providers. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party services and to hold harmless DecorX from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of these services.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data protection and privacy seriously. We collect and process various types of data, including but not limited to your name, email address, account login information, workspace and organization information, uploaded product images, product catalog information, product names, SKUs, categories, materials, colors, Brand Kits, prompts, generated images, project and batch information, billing and subscription information, payment information, usage analytics, device and browser information, IP addresses, cookies, support messages, and communications with our team. We use this data to provide and improve our Services, to communicate with you, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations. 10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You also agree to cooperate with us in ensuring compliance with these laws and regulations.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account and access to our platform at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you agree to cease using our platform and to destroy any Content or materials obtained from our platform.
